AIM Academy, located in Conshohocken, PA seeks a Head of Lower School. The Head of Lower School is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and administers the daily operations for grades one through five. Working closely with the Head of School, the Head of Lower School has significant independent responsibilities. The most important priority for the Head of Lower School is ensuring that the division operates true to the school’s mission. The Head of Lower School is ultimately responsible for all facets of the division including programming, scheduling, faculty, budgeting, and culture. The Head of Lower School also works closely with other members of the senior leadership team (Enrollment Management, Advancement, Communications, etc.) to ensure that the lower school division is an effective and innovative branch of one united school community.

Solebury School seeks a dedicated and experienced person to serve in a full-time, school year position as our Director of Learning Skills, Division Head. This position is responsible for both supporting a range of learners, particularly those with mild to moderate learning differences, as well as leading the Learning Skills Department and its staff. Reports directly to the Associate Head of School and works closely with all faculty, as well as the Admissions Department.  On-campus housing may be available (dependent on a housing vacancy), but is not mandatory.  This position reports to the Associate Head of School.
