WELCOME to the MCRC@ADVIS section of the ADVIS Website!
On July 1, 2015, ADVIS announced its merger with the Multicultural Resource Center of the Philadelphia Independent Schools, an organization well known to some as MCRC.
MCRC was founded in 1990 and is dedicated to social justice and support for all aspects of diversity in our schools through providing excellent professional development opportunities for faculty, students and administrators. A rich track of diversity programs, to be known by the moniker MCRC@ADVIS, will be developed and will add significant value to ADVIS membership. For a summary of the process and outcome of the merger discussion.
