You Are the H.E.A.R.T. of Your School
For all Administrative Support Professionals
As a group, Administrative Support Professionals have the ability to empower each other, work collaboratively across multiple departments, help utilize each other’s talents, and propel their organizations to the next level. This is exactly what April Stallworth, did for the Waukegan Public School District in Waukegan, Illinois. April's efforts resulted in a program called H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Empower Administrative Support Professionals through Resources & Training). H.E.A.R.T. was the 2015 winner of the American Society of Administrative Professionals very first Eureka! Award. Learn how April created this award-winning program where 150+ Administrative Support professionals came together to exponentially improve their work environment and how you can do it too.
Learn how to cultivate meaningful relationships among internal and external support staff members
Engage in an open discussion about the challenges and successes of working together
Receive an overview of what vision is and why it’s so important to have one
Gain tools and resources to help you get started and create momentum
Examine strategies for goal setting and how you can stay inspired
Leave the workshop with your very own action plan that you can implement immediately!
ADVIS members pay $75 per person; non-members pay $195 per person. Includes Continental breakfast and networking luncheon.

About our Presenter:
is a respected Leader, Public Speaker, Life Coach, Executive Administrative Professional and Visionary. She currently works full time for the Niles Township High School District in Skokie, Illinois as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent. She is also the Founder & CEO of Strong Women ~ Strong Lives, a coaching enterprise dedicated to encouraging & empowering women. April teaches life strategies that transform. She provides individual and group coaching services, workshops, and has spoken for numerous organizations throughout the country.
April is equally well-known and passionate about

program combines April's 30 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Professional in corporate America and the nonprofit sector, to provide Administrative Professionals the resources, training, and coaching they need to take their careers to the next level. The H.E.A.R.T™ program was the winner of the American Society for Administrative Professionals very first Eureka! Award in 2015. This award recognizes outstanding achievement by an administrative professional who has made innovative contributions to the organization for which he or she works.
A lifelong learner who truly appreciates the enormous benefits of education, April received an Associate’s Degree in Office Management from Raritan Valley Community College, a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Arts degree in Management & Leadership from Liberty University. She is also certified as a Professional Life Coach.
Originally from the great state of New Jersey, April resides in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with her Daughter, who is currently an honors student at The Ohio State University.
