Pricing is determined by scope of support, length of engagement, whether coaching is individual or team-based, and any optional add-ons. After reviewing your brief form, ADVIS Elevates will recommend an engagement structure and provide clear pricing before moving forward.
There are no one-off sessions—by design. Our minimum engagement ensures the time and continuity needed for meaningful progress.
Are all guides certified coaches?
Not necessarily—and that’s by design. The network includes trained coaches and exceptional mentors with deep discipline expertise and leadership experience.
Can a Head of School recommend focus areas?
Yes. We support clear goal-setting up front (as appropriate) to keep sessions focused and relevant.
Why don’t you offer single sessions?
One session can be encouraging. It rarely creates change. Our minimum engagement ensures enough time for trust, context, and follow-through.
