Professional Bio
Greg is a seasoned frontline fundraising professional with more than 25 years of experience across multiple nonprofit sectors. A trusted practitioner and advisor, he brings deep expertise in securing major and planned gifts and in building and growing successful major gift and planned giving programs. Greg is especially passionate about helping organizations secure their largest gifts through inclusive campaigns and asset-based giving strategies.
Greg’s career spans nearly every role within a development operation—from gift processor and database administrator to Chief Development Officer—giving him a unique, holistic understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing fundraising teams at all levels.
Most recently, Greg served as Associate Vice President for Development and Chief Development Officer at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, where he launched the organization’s first comprehensive campaign in nearly 20 years. Previously, he was Director of Leadership Gifts and Planned Giving at Muhlenberg College, where he helped complete the Muhlenberg Match campaign and played a key role in planning the institution’s current campaign. As Senior Director of Individual Giving at the East Stroudsburg University Foundation, Greg helped bring the Today’s Dream, Tomorrow’s Reality campaign to a successful close.
Earlier in his career, Greg held development leadership roles with the Sisters of the Order of St. Basil the Great, the Foundation for Ichthyosis and Related Skin Types, and in multiple assignments with the Boy Scouts of America.
Greg has been a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) since 2020 and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) since 2017.
