Professional Bio
Kelly Grattan is Senior Vice President at Schultz & Williams, where she leads the Fundraising & Strategy Services practice and advises nonprofits nationwide on building philanthropic capacity and achieving transformational fundraising results. With more than 25 years of experience, she is a trusted partner to senior leadership teams preparing for and executing major and comprehensive campaign initiatives.
A campaign strategist at heart, Kelly has led advancement strategy and development operations for leading institutions including the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, Susquehanna University, Cabrini University, and the Gesu School. She has also supported more than 400 agencies nationwide as an on-staff consultant with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
Kelly currently serves as Board Chair and Immediate Past President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Greater Philadelphia Chapter and is Vice President of the Board of Directors for FRIEDAcommunity. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®). In addition to her consulting work, Kelly is a sought-after educator who has taught master’s-level courses in philanthropy and developed graduate-level curricula in leadership, nonprofit management, and public administration.
