Professional Bio
Beginning as a classroom teacher and steadily rising to Head of School, Donna has decades of experience in an array of school settings - single-sex and co-ed, public and private, traditional and progressive, sizable and smaller enrollments. She has effected positive engagement and institutional growth, and has acute understanding of organizational systems, the balance of performance management, conflict resolution and staff training, and strategic thought. Her training in counseling services lent to her servant leader style, and awarded her schools great success in building community and teacher productivity. She is detail oriented and quick to perceive underlying factors that often go unnoticed but impact success.
As a private coach, Donna specializes in career and life coaching for neurodivergent individuals and women navigating life transitions. She is especially adept at executive function support, self-assertion, and work–life balance. When working with educators, Donna excels at coaching that builds community, fosters teacher development, and remains true to mission. Her approach is calm, structured, and deeply supportive.
