Professional Bio

Kelly Yiadom is an educational leader, community activist, and philanthropist who believes that the most powerful catalyst for change lives at the intersection of human development and systemic change. Her transformative work is grounded in the conviction that equity is not a destination but a practice built one relationship at a time.

She currently serves as the Director of Equity, Justice, and Belonging at Westtown School, where she designs impactful programming, builds culturally responsive professional development, and deepens family engagement across diverse communities. She is also the founder and executive director of Reflect to Act Consulting, supporting equity and inclusion strategic planning in schools.

Kelly is also the founder of the nonprofit Circle of Giving 2020, which has raised over $300,000 to support families facing food insecurity. She serves on the Riddle HealthCare Foundation, is co-founder of the RHCF Junior Board, and is a board member of ADVIS' Multicultural Resource Center (MCRC). A TEDx speaker, Kelly delivered Using Parental Superpowers to Drive Diversity in Education, a call to action for caregivers and schools to work in partnership for equity.

She holds a BA from Swarthmore College and an MEd in Educational Leadership and Policy with a concentration in Social Justice from Boston College.
