Lukie is a Senior Design Partner at Design Group International where she supports nonprofit leaders, senior administrative teams and Boards to co-create systems of growth, accountability and achievement. Working alongside her clients, Lukie helps teams and organizations to realize their aspirations through listening, helping, and learning.
After 35 years working in independent schools, Lukie earned her Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Lukie has earned her ACC certification and completed two certifications in Process Consulting. Lukie is the co-chair of the National Association of Independent Schools Task Force on Coaching and is developer of the NAIS Coaches Corner. Currently, Lukie serves on two nonprofit boards in an effort to learn from doing and supporting mission-based organizations to achieve their aspirations.
