Professional Bio
Aaron is President and founding partner of Odyssey Group. He works with individuals and families to organize and plan strategies for their financial future.
Before becoming a financial advisor, Aaron worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, coordinating reforms in derivatives markets with policymakers in the U.S. and around the world. His tenure included a six-month assignment working at the European Central Bank, where he helped to implement derivatives reforms in the European market. He previously traded global currencies, government bonds, equities, and other financial products at a global macro hedge fund.
Forbes has recognized Aaron as a top Next-Gen Wealth Advisor1 (2022) and a Best-In-State Wealth Advisor2 (2023, 2024, & 2025). His take on financial planning topics has been quoted in U.S. News & World Report, Forbes, Business Insider, and NerdWallet. Aaron also contributed his expertise to former broker/dealer, Commonwealth Financial Network’s Advisor Council, as an advisory board of 15 financial advisors from across the country who work to support the organization that helps Odyssey Group serve our clients.
Aaron lives in Manheim Township with his wife and their three children. He is an active skier, runner, cyclist, and outdoor enthusiast. He and his family like to travel wherever and whenever possible. Giving back to the community is a priority. Aaron previously served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Lancaster Public Library, and he is currently a member of Manheim Township’s Comprehensive Plan Committee.
Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. He also holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from New York University’s School of Professional Studies. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.
