Beverly Gordon

Beverly is a passionate and experienced leader in the field of education. As the Executive Director of Strategic Design, Beverly works across the organization to implement strategic thinking, metrics, and goals to advance the mission and vision of the school. She oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of professional learning and innovation for both the faculty and staff. Using Design Thinking, adaptive leadership, data-driven decision making, and her masterful skills within the areas of employee engagement and support, Beverly provides a forward-thinking and personalized approach to the growth and development of individuals, teams, and the overall organization. Bev is an experienced researcher who is in a constant state of asking "how might we..." when it comes to organizational design, implementation, and efficiency.

Ever the lifelong learner, Beverly is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education in the highly selective Chief Learning Officer program at the University of Pennsylvania. Beverly's mission is to create a culture of excellence, engagement, and empowerment in order to inspire lifelong learning and leadership in her students and colleagues.
