Catalina Guzman

Catalina Guzmán is in her second year as Executive Director of College Counseling at the Episcopal Academy. Before joining EA, Catalina spent much of her professional career abroad, most recently serving as the founding director of student wellbeing and college counseling at Avenues, The World School, based in São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to this role, she worked in college counseling for top independent schools around the world, as well as the Admission Office of the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and master’s degrees from Stanford University and Lehigh University.
