Professional Bio
Chris Rodriguez currently serves as the Associate Director of College Counseling at The Lovett School in Atlanta, which he joined in 2020. Prior to Lovett, he spent three years as the Associate Director of College Counseling at The Branson School in Ross, California, as well as three years at The Webb School in Bell Buckle, Tennessee, the last two of which he served as the Director of College Counseling. He also worked for five years in college admissions at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
Chris has served as the Board Secretary for the Colleges That Change Lives board of directors since 2021 after having been named by CTCL as a “Counselor That Changes Lives” in 2018. Other board positions have included the College Board Regional Council and Revolution Prep’s Southeast advisory board.
He also is a frequent presenter at state, regional, and national conferences for SACAC and NACAC, and has moderated a number of webinars as a member of the ACCIS Data, Trends, and Analytics Committee.
