Joy Connolly

Joy has worked in the field of technology for over 20 years with a focus on databases and ensuring data accuracy. She spent 10 years in the roles of Technology Manager and Database Manager in independent schools before joining NAIS in 2015. Joy is passionate about education and dedicated to helping the independent school community. On the DASL (Data and Analysis for School Leadership) team at NAIS, she brings her skills and expertise to leading the design and development of data collection as well as DASL reports for and across the independent school sector.
