Lily Jensen

Lily Jensen serves as Assistant Director of Advancement, Horizons & Major Gifts at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School, where she partners across teams to advance strategic fundraising initiatives and steward meaningful donor relationships. She manages a portfolio of major donors and leads strategy and administration for Pennsylvania’s EITC and OSTC tax credit programs.

Lily collaborates closely with leadership and communications colleagues on the development of annual impact reports, helping translate programmatic growth and community outcomes into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders. She has supported the continued expansion of Horizons at Cristo Rey as it grows into its middle school years, with a focus on aligning storytelling, strategy, and sustainability.

Her professional background includes advancement and operations work in the nonprofit arts sector, and in a previous chapter she owned and operated a handmade stationery business rooted in printmaking and design. That creative foundation continues to inform her approach to impact reporting — where clarity, visual storytelling, and authenticity matter.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys birding and spending time with her small family.
