Professional Bio
Meg George is a philanthropy speaker, consultant and writer; she's president and co-founder of George Philanthropy Group, a consultancy devoted to the preparation for and execution of significant campaigns. GPG implements strategic and relational major gifts programs, and strategizes on high-impact solicitations. Meg also advises families on how to streamline giving so it is strategic and meaningful across multiple generations. Passionate about the way future generations approach gift-giving, she authored the children’s book, “What’s Philanthropy to Philomena?,” and pens essays and articles on how to introduce philanthropy to families. A keynote speaker on philanthropy, her insights can be seen and heard in magazines, on podcasts, and news segments, including CBS Mornings.
