Norm Jones

Norm Jones is an organization development consultant focused on equity-minded change managment and leadership. Dr. Jones has held senior diversity officer roles at Dickinson College, Harvard University, Amherst College and Haverford College. As a consultant he has worked with both not for profit and private corporations to build leader and team capacity and build sustainable infrastures to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
