Professional Bio
Rohan is the director of enrollment management and financial aid at Friends Select School in Pennsylvania, where he leverages extensive experience to advance inclusive and student-centered enrollment practices. An alumnus of George School, he previously served as director of admission, and spent five years at St. Mark’s School (MA) in roles including assistant director of admission and acting director of community & equity affairs. He began his career at The Taft School (CT) as an admissions, global service & scholarship, and multicultural affairs fellow.
In addition to his role at Friends Select, Rohan is a principal consultant with The Glasgow Group and a founding member of the National Diversity Practitioners Institute (NDPI). He is also the founding chair of My Brothers’ Keeper: A Retreat for Men of Color in Education, reflecting his long-standing commitment to equity in education. He serves on the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS) Commission of Accreditation and was chair of the faculty search committee for the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC).
His work has been recognized with the 2021 Enrollment Management Association Rising Star Award and the 2024 Change Our Future Game Changer Award for leadership and community impact.
Rohan is an active trustee at Newtown Friends School and Far Hills Country Day School. He co-chairs the Enrollment Management Association’s Enrollment Management Leadership Council (EMLC) and serves on advisory councils for ASSIST, Clarity, and the Cradle of Liberty Council.
He holds a B.A. in African-American Studies (History minor) from Temple University and an M.S.Ed. in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. A member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Rohan also conducts alumni interviews, mentors emerging school leaders, and previously served as Tri-Chair of the School Leadership Program Alumni Steering Committee.
