Sarah Enterline Roch

Sarah Enterline Roch, PhD is Mission & Data’s Research and Data Practice Lead. She has been a pioneering director of institutional research in the independent school space. Sarah was the co-author of Enrollment Management Association’s 2025 flagship report, An Independent School Education: Family Perceptions of Value and Affordability, EMA’s 2024 Ride to Independent Schools, and 2023 State of the Independent School Enrollment Industry Report. Sarah received her PhD from Boston College in Educational Research, Evaluation, and Measurement. She also founded the Office of Assessment and Accreditation at BC’s School of Education. Sarah is the Immediate Past-President of the New England Educational Research Organization (NEERO) and a Board Member for the Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE).
