Joy Connolly is the Senior Director of Data Quality and Integration at the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). With more than 20 years of experience in technology, database management, and data quality, she is dedicated to helping independent schools make informed, data-driven decisions.
Before joining NAIS in 2015, Joy spent a decade leading technology and database initiatives within independent schools, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges schools face and the power of reliable data.
As a member of the NAIS Data and Analysis for School Leadership (DASL) team, Joy leads the design and development of data collection processes and reporting tools that help schools benchmark performance, uncover trends, and turn data into actionable insights across the independent school community.
