What does it take for boards and school leaders
to truly align on change?

Strong schools are built on strong alignment between the head of school and the board. Join Christian Talbot, President & CEO of the Middle States Association (MSA) as ADVIS and MSA introduce a key tool from Governance Mastery: the Shared Point of View on Change. Learn how high functioning leadership teams clarify priorities, set the pace for change, and stay focused on what matters most.

Participants will engage in hands-on prototyping using AI supported prompts, gain practical strategies they can immediately apply, and explore how this work can strengthen board effectiveness and mission alignment.

This session also offers a preview of upcoming ADVIS and MSA governance programming, with opportunities to continue building your board’s capacity in the year ahead.
