Vonetta Watson, MA Ed, CPC, MCT, MSOE, ELJ, MCPS, ACA, SSGBC, the owner of TechGem Educational Technologies, is a 25-year Technology veteran, SME, facilitator, instructor, mentor, trainer, public speaker, author, coach, consultant, and software migration and implementation specialist. As an Instructional Technology and Software Education Specialist, she is an enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed educator with an innate ability to understand and motivate learners into the twenty-first century using unique combinations of Educational Technology.

Her background includes a Master of Education in Adult Education and Training, Curriculum and Testing Development, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, and Personal Coach. With over 60 certifications in the IT field, her credentials include Internet & Computer Core Certification (IC5), Adobe® Master Suite, Amazon Work Solutions, Microsoft® Certified Professional & Expert M365, Microsoft® MOS Expert and Master, Microsoft® Certified Educator, Microsoft® Service Adoption Specialist, and Microsoft® Certified Trainer. Vonetta also holds instructional certifications in Microsoft, IC5, and Adobe® CS5.

Vonetta is high-energy, hands-on, and interactive. She offers an immersive, blended learning experience with you in mind. Adept at simplifying complex training tailored to multiple intelligences and learning styles using a Constructivist and Cognitive teaching style while fostering a community of learning using various training delivery methodologies to optimize the use of technologies to increase adaptability, adoptability, productivity, and skill sets.

ACT 48 CREDITS

• You may request credit up to 7 days after the event.

• Per the PA Department of Education, ADVIS is required to report your successful completion of Act 48 evaluation within 30 days of the event.
